::Bistro de la Mer - Marigot, St. Martin Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, Bistro de la Mer offers a delightful mix of French classics and casual bites. We opted for the hamburger with fries, paired with Orangina and a crisp French rosé. The burger was exceptional—arguably the best we’ve had in a long time—served alongside perfectly crispy fries. The meal concluded on a refreshing note with a St. Martian “coffee,” a peach-flavored rum shot that added a unique local touch. A must-visit for a quick and memorable meal in Marigot!

::We stopped on the way back to hotel after taking a ride around the island and ordered a few appetizers which were great and people who work there are very sweet! I loved the escargot!!! Such a nice choice of flavor with parsley and garlic as well as Cesar’s salad with prawns, the sauce is just right I must say.
