::Following a bug in their computer and while I have been connecting in mainland France for two months with bred connect, for 3 days it has been no longer possible!! The site tells me that this is the first connection, so I have to reset my username and password but they remain in St Martin. I tell myself that it doesn't matter and I go to the site: lost username and then lost password. I received, very happy and very quickly, my new username and password. Only it keeps telling me identifier error. I called MY advisor several times, who of course despite my messages on his phone, never answers!!! I don't know what to do anymore because I no longer have visibility on my account and I have to make transfers. I have also made several calls to the different BRED services found on the internet, but other than thinking I'm stupid or say that I must contact my advisor...nothing positive. I am thinking of leaving Bred St Martin on my return because each time I have had a problem I have never had a response without having to follow up very, very often. I am still waiting for an answer to my question for two months: namely: why on my space I only have one of my two cards listed and why with one of them I cannot pay. Very bad services.

::To flee. Unsociable and arrogant advisor who does not give the necessary information when you are in need and takes the premises for less than nothing..... No ethics with procedures invented and revealed slowly, do not waste your time with lazy, frustrated people. No sense of service
