::Unacceptable Customer Service Experience at Cariloha Saint Martin Store I recently had a disappointing encounter at the Cariloha store in Saint Martin. After purchasing a lower from the Cariloha Saint Thomas store, I sought to exchange it due to a size issue. However, despite Cariloha's claim of allowing exchanges anywhere within the brand, the owner flat out denied my request, citing a lack of inventory in the desired color. Even when I offered to select a different color for the exchange, my request was refused. What's more, the owner's demeanor was shockingly rude, and I felt unfairly judged based on people’s financial status or look. To add insult to injury, the owner made an inappropriate comment about my nationality, offering a discount solely because I am Indian. I don't expect or want special treatment based on my nationality; I expect excellent customer service from a brand that charges premium prices. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Cariloha's brand ethics. I urge them to improve their communication of exchange policies and ensure consistency across all their stores. Unfortunately, this will be my last purchase from Cariloha due to their poor treatment of customers.

::Some of the best clothing and sheets around. Super soft, and durable. Ive been wearing a bamboo shirt for over 3 years now. Still fits, hasn't shrunk (and I'm still growing). This shirt hasn't got any holes, tears, etc. at all. Been worn to pools, fishing, waterslides, everything just about. Still holding up. I definitely recommend for everyone.

::Prices are insanely high, but all the bamboo products are high quality and unique. Staff was helpful but keeping an uncomfortably close watch on us. I guess people steal sheets.
