::I rented a car here in April 2024. The car was good, no problems with that. But on the last day an other vehicle ran into my car while i was standing still. We filled out the complete European damage form and agree and signed that it was their fault. So i was expecting not to be charged anything. That was not the case. They didn`'t return my full deposit. This is just theft. I don't recommend enting a car in at this fraudulent company. Crooks... With a driver-licence and an insurance number it is always possible to retrieve a person and to find out a name.

::if i can give -1 star I would . Just arrived yesterday to the island. As many say they advertise the location at the airport, However it is not true. The location is 35 min away from the airport. We got there only to find that the owner is not there, no power in the office and poor driver who was actually nice and apologetic tried to deal with everything. The owner arrived 10 min later storming rude without acknowledging our presence there and refused to take the same card for deposit that he took the money from for the car . Our luggage was already in the car kids in the car waiting to go to our destination and this goes and blocks the car with another vehicle. When I said if you refuse the same card then I am taking my bags and you keep your car . Kids came out of the car and while I was taking MY bags from the trunk he was trying to pull me by the hands which is harassment. Stay away from this place at all causes.

::AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They advertise airport collection and drop off, but then expect customers to drive an hour round trip away from the airport. The car was terrible, dirty, covered in bumps, they refuse to speak english. We tried to dispute the rental and they blocked us on whatsapp and even hung up 4 times on our hotel concierge who was trying to help us. They took photos of our credit card and took illegal payments from us AFTER we had left the island and are now trying to keep our €800 deposit on top. We are proceeding with criminal fraud claim against them. Worst experience of our lives.

::We had a wonderful experience here. The owner was very accommodating for our last minute booking. We dealt with Ann for our check in and out and she gave us a ride to the airport on the last day! Ann was so incredibly professional, friendly, honest, helpful and just a wonderful human! Very informative and our rental was great and met our needs. We will definitely book with this company the next time we come to the island! We highly recommend!
