  When we talk about service with a smile and a refreshing beverage! that was exactly what i got during my trip to Kay's Fine Jewelry. The customer service representative was very patient and helpful while I took long in making my decision on which jewelry to i wanted to get. He was very informative about aseethe pieces I wanted to see. I made a wonderful choice on my selection and got a great discount. I will definitely be returning and will surely recommend. Thumbs up on excellent service!!

  i have purchesed many items over the years from this outlet and others in the carribean belonging to kays,always excellent lasyt year i purchased a white /black ring and upgraded to a larger ring in dec 16 on arriving home a stone had dropped out!! back in uk now so phoned mark and he said they would replace next visit.my sister went back in jan17 and they replaced stone foc. brilliant service cannot fault the service ,thank you all.

  My wife purchased a set of earrings from Bob. When we got to our room she went to show me them and they were not in her purse. We looked everywhere and couldn't find them. We immediately went back and traced our steps. It was a slow time of season so we thought we possibly could've found them. I even went back to Kay's to see if maybe she had left them. They were nowhere. When we got back to our room the phone rang. It was Bob. He expressed his concern and told me to have my wife come back in the morning. Apparently Bob had told the owners and when my wife came in the next day they had made an exact copy for her and did it for no charged. She was so happy she cried. Everyone went over the top in customer service. I can't thank them enough so I made sure to do this review.

  I have been purchasing from Kay's jewellery now for several years, these guys are world class service, I have always dealt with Sam who is the most genuine guy you good meet. Never pushes you to buy always greets you with a smile. They treat you like one of there family, I have just left these guys after visiting them two weeks ago , and purchased the dancing diamonds, ring which I absolutely love. If anybody is ever going to or thinking of buy diamonds this is the place to go . Love them all and hopefully see you all soon love from Kev & Jean xx
