::On the evening of Tuesday April 26, 2017 I was driving to Philipsburg, I had a blowout on my car and made it to the parking lot near the police station. We were able to get out the spare but were having a hard time making the change when a policeman came over and offered to help. As tourists we felt very secure and really appreciated the assistance. We know that he didn't have to offer, he didn't want anything and we only wish we had his name to properly thank him. The Philipsburg police get five stars from us!
