::Buyer Beware - I rented a car here back in mid February 2025, the process was simple, car was good and pickup and drop off were also fine. The issue was, and is (a month later) the charges. To begin with, this company uses old-school handwritten paper pink slips to document their vehicles, sales, and your information. Not an electronic process. Per their policy, they require a credit card to put a $1k incidentals deposit which is also fairly normal, which they say will be refunded within 48hours of the trip and your actual rental cost will be applied. After I turned my vehicle in on Feb 20, more than 3 weeks later I have not been refunded the deposit and charged the actual rental amount, resulting in an $800 overpayment to Paradise. I have begun the dispute process through my bank. The rental company has stayed through 5 contact attempts that they are “working on it” and it is a “banking issues” and it should be fixed “in a couple days”. If recommend going elsewhere.

::Economy Car Rental is fast, high quality and super friendly!! Just ask for Ro, he is the man. Next time I am in Sint Maarten, Economy and Ro are my solution. Best part - the car was exactly as advertised, nice clean, premium.

::Great rental with Paradise car rental. Everything from the moment I stepped in to get the car til the time I dropped it off was awesome. The staff was very helpful and the Jeep rode great. Would definitely rent from them again
