  Don't let these guys call you a taxi! They offered to call one when our ride back to our hotel fell through. We waited 45 minutes, all while they kept telling us the guy was "just 5 minutes away" over and over. When they guy finally got there, he was super friendly.......until we got 3 blocks away. He then pulled over and tried to guilt trip us into paying him double the fare. We got sick of his moaning and decided to walk. It was pretty clear the guy at the casino got a cut when the driver scammed other tourists. Next time I'll stick to the buses.
