  I haven't received my mail in three months!!! I have phoned and told that there is mail but there is not accountability as to why it is not being delivered!

  Take way too long to receive any kind of mail from other countries.

  Terrible customer service, no coordination whatsoever, and zero accountability. Awful experience.

  The service is a little slow, the services are limited, and not much seems to change. However, it's what we've got and its much cheaper than the other express couriers. Looking forward to when they decide to modernize.
