  Only gave this place one star. I've been to the store every year for the past three years when I go on vacation. Normally spending over $500 each time I go. This time a different experience. Upon entering I wasn't even acknowledged by the two staff members that were there. One seemed to be doing someone's hair at the front of the store and the other seemed to be talking and laughing with her friends. Both ignored me. I stayed 10 to 15 minutes looking around for Chanel product which the shelves were completely empty. No one offered to help me. Finally, I'd had enough and chose to walk away. As I left I mentiond to the staff member who had blatantly ignored me at the door, possibly because I'm white, that I had planned on spending quite a bit of money that day. However, since I was ignored I would spend my money elsewhere and walked out.
